CRUISE CRITIC NORWEGIAN EPIC UPGRADE
I have looked into this and it happens a lot with that cabin.Their customer care is awful and they are disingenuous, we'e booked an upgrade restaurant and they wouldn't honour it, some sort of clerical error.tough. I requested, a cabin suddenly became available. This went on for three nights, second night we were given earplugs, useless.

I complained to be told the ship was full so no change available. 1.10 am the cabin gets very noisy with some sort of machinery starting up. Also, my husband andI had to pay extra to be seated together on the flight we purchased through NCL. NCL if you want to get people to start utilizing your cruise line again, you're off to a bad start and we will never book your cruise line again as there are plenty of competitive cruise lines out there. We asked to speak to her supervisor, but she said there was no one above her. On top of her refusal, she was rude and condescending. She kept referring to our contract even though we kept pointing out that NCL would be losing two loyal customers for life, not to mention referrals. She refused to give us any compensation, not even a free upgrade. We called the cruise concierge because we are out over $400 on a non-refundable tour not to mention my dream of riding Icelandic horses. We haven't left yet and NCL has already canceled our first stop, which is exactly what they did the first time we cruised with them. I don’t know if tat makes a hapeth of difference to NCL customer service but it should.ĭespite the concerns we had about booking a cruise my husband and I decided to go with NCL a second time (our first was our honeymoon) and book a cruise to Iceland this June. At this point, rather than call an agent, I decided to check out customer feedback and I have to say, NCL should be seriously concerned ! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a lengthy list of negative reviews on a wide variety of issues, including my concerns of lack of transparency and misleading up front costs ?Based on the comments and awful reviews I’ve read, we’re not booking the cruise we were looking at. However, once you scratch the surface and attempt to select dates, cabin options and speciality offers, things become a tad more interesting ! The dates advertised simply didn’t exist ? The small print in things such as specialty restaurants is damn near invisible ! Once you are blocked from progressing as the date they actually advertised is not available you are prevented from progressing. I looked at a couple of advertised offers today and the face value prices look decent.
